Menu highlights include Pineapple-cured Smoked Salmon Gravlax and Aged Black Angus Tenderloin, paired with Scottish whiskies that elevate the flavour and depth of each dish

Guiding the evening is special guest speaker Jamie Li, Prestige Brand Ambassador at Pernod Ricard, who will share insights into the heritage, craftsmanship and tasting notes behind each expression.

From the bright elegance of The Glenlivet 12 Year Old to the richer depth of the 15 and the layered complexity of the 18, each expression reflects Speyside’s signature smoothness — orchard fruits, honeyed sweetness and refined oak spice, unfolding with increasing richness and complexity.

Royal Salute’s 21 and 24 Year Old blends, on the other hand, embody velvety opulence. Matured to exceptional depth, they reveal notes of ripe pear, dark chocolate, dried fruits and warm spice, culminating in a luxuriously long, polished finish befitting their regal heritage.
